Who Steppe Bridge is

Steppe Bridge has been working in Mongolia since 2011. We register companies for foreign businesses, research the market, find partners and distributors, and handle investment and legal deals.

Since then we’ve registered more than 50 foreign companies, run over 100 market research projects, and helped 70+ companies find partners in Mongolia. Our office and team are in Ulaanbaatar, and we speak Russian.

This property catalog is run by the same company. There’s no anonymous listings site behind it, there’s an office, a team, and a track record you can check.

The catalog is a Steppe Bridge project

One of the things we do is help people invest in Ulaanbaatar real estate: finding properties, checking paperwork, and managing the deal through to registering ownership. This catalog lists properties from developers and owners we work with directly.

How we help

Many agents in Ulaanbaatar’s real estate market build their commission into the property price, marking it up 10-50%. We don’t. We give you direct access to listings from developers and owners with no markup, you pay the same price for the property as you would without an agent. What we charge is a fixed fee set out in the contract.

What’s included when we handle a deal:

  • finding properties that fit what you need, off-plan, a finished unit from a developer, or resale;
  • checking the developer or seller, the paperwork, and the property’s ownership history;
  • arranging viewings and meetings with the developer;
  • managing the deal from property selection through to registering ownership;
  • helping you rent out the property afterward and find a management company.
